Implementation of Insider Trading Prevention Measures

For newly appointed directors and managerial officers, training or briefing sessions are arranged within three months of assuming their roles. For new employees, training is provided upon onboarding.
\n\u25cf In 2025 (Year 114 of the ROC calendar), the Company conducted a 3-hour training session on May 22 for current directors, with a total of 9 director participations.
